Director, Customer Success


Drive customer adoption and successful expansion of Cloudinary throughout  enterprise; design solution architectures and strategies; develop project scope documentation [Statement of Work (SOWs), technical specifications, and business requirements] for customer engagements; translate business requirements into technical solutions; document customer implementations (standards and configurations, business rules, and custom code); develop trusted advisor relationships; articulate  value of Cloudinary solutions to customers’ sponsors and stakeholders; use customer’s business requirements to ensure Cloudinary alignment with customers’ business strategies; serve as customers’ advocate to Cloudinary; work with strategic customers; act as key point of contact and subject-matter expert; lead onboarding, training, and advising customers on best practices; work with product team to communicate customers’ needs; assist to shape future products; consult new customers directly (phone/email and webinars); assist customers to launch their websites and mobile applications with Cloudinary; perform periodic check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and gauge opportunities for upsell/cross-sell; analyze customers’ websites, reports, and systems analytics; engage customers proactively to provide optimization tips; provide point of escalation for support tickets, and ensure timely resolution to customers’ issues; and supervise a team of Managers.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

- 5 years progressive experience

- Experience to include designing solution architectures and strategies, development of project scope documentation (SOWs, technical specifications, and business requirements) for customer engagements, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and documenting customer implementations (standards and configurations, business rules, and custom code).
