In the current global climate our new normal\u2019s ultimate opportunity is to focus on one common goal. At Cloudinary, that goal is staying healthy, balanced, and engaged with our employees. We are a company that strives to be inclusive, informative, and impactful. By building a support system within our teams, alongside our peers, and throughout our company we engage, educate, and elevate our employees\u2019 experiences to encourage them to dock the workstations along the way whenever necessary. Notwithstanding all that stress, it feels great to know that Cloudinary cares about the well being of the bottom line and the physical and mental health of all Cloudinarians.<\/p>\n

High standards on collaboration are a theme here at Cloudinary. Activities, workshops, and thoughtful gestures of how much value each employee brings to the table are just small examples of how our inclusive culture understands and embraces these trying times. In addition, reflections on the effectiveness of one\u2019s contribution can come into play when you\u2019re juggling family life, homeschooling the kids, and jumping on and off of conference calls.<\/p>\n

Our leadership is constantly mindful of the importance of all employees\u2019 self-care to effectively manage their workload with the least amount of stress possible.<\/p>\n

Communication and remote collaboration with various tools is key to keeping morale positive and employees productive. Employees are then committed to achieving awareness of business goals and market intelligence while continuously motivating one another to stay the course.<\/p>\n
