# Assets administrator guides

If you're a **Master admin** or **Admin** [user](dam_admin_users_groups#role_based_permissions), it may be your responsibility to define how your organization uses the Assets product, possibly specific to one or more Cloudinary product environments. This includes adding users, configuring user roles and permissions, defining Media Library user groups, monitoring usage statistics, graphs, and other reports, creating & managing structured metadata fields, and more. Users with a **Master admin** role can additionally set Media Library and overall account options.

This guide provides detailed information about these topics:

    Account management

    Configure account-wide settings, manage users and groups, set up SSO, manage product environments, monitor usage, and select Media Library options.

---

    Upload presets

    Create upload presets to standardize the way Media Library users upload assets.

    Structured metadata

    Define the structured metadata fields that can be set for your media assets to improve searchability and discoverability.

    Asset management

    Configure settings that enable users to perform certain actions on their assets, and set security options for assets directly.

    Digital rights management

    Protect and control licensed content through workflow automation combined with access control restrictions, expiration settings, and visual watermarking.

    Creative approval flows

    Manage asset reviews through structured approval workflows where collaborators can comment, annotate, approve, or reject assets at each stage.

    EasyFlows

    Automate workflows within Assets using a no-code, natural language interface.

    Portals

    Create branded, shareable interfaces for delivering curated collections of media to external stakeholders with configurable access and download settings.

Before going on to plan and configure the way the Assets will be used in your organization, you'll also want to familiarize yourself with the Assets digital asset management (DAM) capabilities available through the Media Library by taking a look at the high level overview in the [Get started](digital_asset_management_overview) page and all the pages of the [Assets user guide](dam_digital_asset_management), which describes all features available to Media Library users, including:

* [Uploading and storing assets](dam_upload_store_assets)
* [Folders and collections](dam_folders_collections_sharing)
* [Advanced search](dam_advanced_search)
* [Managing individual media assets](dam_manage_individual_assets)
