#### Check out Cloudinary add-ons Cloudinary add-ons extend existing capabilities that are fully integrated into Cloudinary's built-in APIs and SDKs.

Some of the add-ons are based on advanced Cloudinary AI functionality while others provide special functionality from a variety of 3rd party vision and media processing providers.

All of our add-ons offer a free monthly quota tier so that you can try them out, as well as a variety of paid tiers.

**Some of our more popular add-ons include:**

#### Explore more onboarding resources Here are some additional places where you can find developer content that's popular with new Cloudinary users

{table:class=no-borders overview wide-1stcol} Product | Description
--- | ---
[Try it code explorers](code_explorers) | A single page app that lets you choose your preferred language or framework and then choose a feature in order to load an in-line code explorer sandbox. This is a great way to start tinkering with features without the need to set up your own dev environment.
[Postman collections](https://www.postman.com/cloudinaryteam/workspace/programmable-media/overview) | Postman collections that cover all of our API endpoints so that you can easily try out our APIs without setting up your own backend. They're also great if you just want to easily run, or even schedule, some occasional API calls. If you're new to Postman, start with this quick overview of [using Cloudinary Postman collections](using_cloudinary_postman_collections)
[Video tutorial library](tutorial_screencasts) |A selection of how-to videos organized by functional areas. Each tutorial offers a textual summary with timestamps so you can quickly jump to the part of the video you need. Each product in the Cloudinary docs offers its own Video tutorial library collection.
[Dev Hints on YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8dVGjLA2oMpaTbvoKCaRNBMQzBUIv7N8) | A continuously growing playlist of short how-to videos demonstrating how to implement specific features and use cases in popular programming languages and frameworks. New videos are added weekly.
[App gallery](https://app-gallery.cloudinary.com/gallery) | Provides a variety of fully working apps that incorporate Cloudinary as part of the tech stack, built in various popular programming languages. Each app in the gallery presents an overview of the functionality, a link to the open-source repo, and complete setup instructions, so that you can grab the code and easily build your own version.
[Cloudinary Academy](https://training.cloudinary.com/) | Offers a large selection of free online training courses, certification pathways, and live courses.
[Additional onboarding resources](onboarding_resources) | As you get started, you may also want to look at other onboarding resources, including the [Onboarding FAQ](developer_onboarding_faq), [Migration guide](migration), and [Service introduction](solution_overview).
[References](cloudinary_references) | You've already played in our [Transformation Reference](transformation_reference) a bit. You'll also probably want to take a look at the [Upload API Reference](image_upload_api_reference) and [Admin API Reference](admin_api). In all of these you'll find detailed syntax information and code examples in each SDK for every one of our APIs. The Upload and Admin API references also offer links from each endpoint directly to the corresponding Postman section in our public collection.
[Use-case guides](programmable_media_guides#use_case_guides) | Check out guides that walk you through implementing specific use cases, including: [Social media videos](social_media_videos), [AI in action](ai_in_action), [Video best practices](video_best_practices), [Native mobile best practices](native_mobile_development)

#### Follow the release notes The [release notes](programmable_media_release_notes) are published each month and give you a quick overview of all the new features, enhancements, and fixes that have been recently released for Cloudinary developers. When relevant, they may also give sneak previews of upcoming features and/or other important announcements.

You can even register to our [RSS feed](https://cloudinary.com/documentation/rss/cloudinary-pm-release-notes.xml) to get notified when new notes are out.

Separate release notes are also available for [Assets](digital_asset_management_release_notes) and for our [Cloudinary-supported integrations](integrations_release_notes).

#### Take advantage of MCP, LLM-friendly docs, and our VS Code Extension * Our [MCP servers](cloudinary_llm_mcp) and LLM-friendly docs enable you to use your favorite LLM-powered IDE or chat client (like Cursor, WindSurf, VSCode, or Claude Desktop) to interact directly with Cloudinary's APIs.
* You can also browse, search, upload, and reference assets directly from your IDE using the [Cloudinary VS Code Extension](cloudinary_vscode_extension). This eliminates context-switching between your code editor and browser, helping you stay focused on development.
