# Cloudinary MediaFlows Release Notes: February 27, 2026

## New Features

### Usage report

The new [MediaFlows Usage Report](https://console.cloudinary.com/app/mediaflows/usage) page provides a clear overview of your touchpoint usage for the current billing cycle, as well as the total number of flows you have across all product environments in your account.

You can also review touchpoint usage for previous billing cycles or specify custom date ranges to analyze usage trends over time.

### New PowerFlow trigger: On Proof Status Change

The new **On Proof Status Change** trigger allows you to automate actions when a change to a proof's status in a Creative Approval flow causes a [decision](dam_admin_creative_approval_flows#understanding_proof_decision_calculation) to be made about the proof.

You can configure it to trigger on specific final status changes (such as `Approved` or `Changes required`) for selected approval flows or all flows. This enables sophisticated automation workflows for proof management, such as moving approved assets to production folders or sending notifications when proofs require changes.

A flow with this trigger runs separately for each asset in the proof that meets the filter criteria.

> **NOTE**: This trigger is also available in EasyFlows.

## Enhancements

### Improved UI for block selection

In PowerFlows, we've replaced the **Blocks** sidebar with a more streamlined modal experience. You can open the block selection modal by clicking the **Blocks** option in the Navigation sidebar or by clicking a connection node on any block. When you select a block from the modal, it's automatically connected to the clicked node, or the last block in the flow.

### Block options

Block options that were previously accessed through a (3-dots) options menu now appear on hover for faster access: delete block, duplicate block, add error path, and open configuration dialog.

### Trigger enhancements

When you create a PowerFlow from scratch, you must now choose a trigger before the flow is created.

To change the trigger after creating a flow, use the **Change trigger** option that appears when hovering over the trigger block.

### On Trigger From Another Flow

When configuring the **On Trigger From Another Flow** block, you can now **select** the flows that trigger the flow, rather than copying and pasting their IDs.

### Conditional field visibility

Block configuration is now simpler and easier to navigate. Fields appear only when they're relevant to your current settings, reducing clutter and making configuration more intuitive.

For example, the **Background Removal** block shows the **Webhook URL** field only when **Wait for confidence result** is set to **No**:

More conditionally visible fields will be added to other blocks in future releases.
