# How can I setup 2FA if my mobile phone's camera doesn't work?


Google Authenticator doesn't support using your mobile device's front (selfie) camera. If your primary camera isn't working, use this workaround:

Scan the barcode with your front (selfie) camera using a QR Reader app. You'll see a link like this:

otpauth://totp/aaa@domain.com?secret=AAAAABBBBCCCC&issuer=Cloudinary
```

This link can then be used within the `manual code entry` in the Google Authenticator.
