How to create a new account using an email address with pre-existing account

It isn’t possible to have multiple Cloudinary accounts using a single email address.
Before you can create a new account with an email address that's already associated with an existing account, you must change the email address in the existing account. This applies even if you've already disabled the other account, since a disabled account can potentially be re-enabled later.
The fastest solution is to update the existing Cloudinary account to use a different email address, regardless of whether you plan to keep that account active or disable it.
Alternatively, we can permanently delete the other account and any remaining files in it to free up the email address so you can use it for a new account.
To kickstart the process of deletion, please open a support ticket requesting account deletion. In your support request, include the product environment name and a valid support verification code.
To generate a support verification code:
- In the Console Settings, navigate to My Profile.
- Select the Support Verification Code tab.
- Click Generate a Code. The support verification code is sent to your email.
