We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Renewal Specialist to join our team with a focus on successfully managing client renewals within our Enterprise division. The ideal candidate will drive retention and customer loyalty, grow current client revenues, and help foster customer relationships. This person will be the point of contact for assigned renewal customers, negotiating and closing renewals as well as find additional opportunities for Cloudinary to engage with these clients when applicable.
You will be required to demonstrate solution-selling skills and effectively manage internal relationships across various departments such as Sales, CS, Product and R&D teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Focus on closing contract renewals
- Work with our Customer Success Managers to maintain and expand Cloudinary's customer footprint
- Present product and service information to all accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone conversations/on-site meetings
- Set aggressive goals for annual revenue achievement against each account
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report
- Monitor and report renewal activity within Salesforce.com
- Escalate customer questions and issues to the appropriate teams and oversee the project through to conclusion
- At least 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating role in SaaS/technology space
- History of exceeding sales goals is highly desired
- Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
