We are searching for a tech-oriented Solutions Architect to help our customers make the most out of Cloudinary’s product. As a member of our Customer Success team you will focus on guiding and increasing adoption of Cloudinary's solutions. We are passionate about scale, performance engineering, robust distributed architecture, and clean code. Come join our US team!
- Serve as the subject matter expert at a pre-sales and post-sales capacity for successful onboarding of Cloudinary’s platform
- A driving force in our engineering culture and have a deep understanding of our architecture
- Understand customer’s requirements and design a optimal solution/tool for the client’s needs
- Architect custom solutions, identify blockers and define requirements with engineering teams
- Provide escalated level of support for critical technical issues
- Engage in customer calls and onsite visits to consult, train and create future partnership growth
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with various languages, frameworks, etc
- Experience with large scale, cloud based web applications
- Deep technical knowledge of web development technologies, web performance, CDN, or video
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A passion for problem solving
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or related
- May require some travel
