The SDR Manager will manage and grow the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the sales teams. 


Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and optimize a team of SDRs in the UK , that will be responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
  • Refine the sales process to achieve optimum results
  • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
  • Oversee usage of team systems - Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the overall effectiveness and high-performance of the SDR Team
  • Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs
  • Quickly ramp new SDRs with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, tools training, and plenty of role-plays
  • Provide SDRs with a coaching cadence of time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, and active listening skills
  • Establish a library of prospecting resources for the SDR team
  • Drive operational excellence through constant innovation
  • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance
  • Review and maintain metrics to ensure accurate management reports
  • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work

Requirements

SDR Manager should possess the following skills:

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership (Team Lead and/or Manager)
  • Outbound call center management experience (strongly preferred)
  • A history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills demonstrated through superior communication and presentation skills
  • Salesforce power user, and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
  • Experience selling into the SMB & Enterprise market (strongly preferred)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Dynamics CRM or SalesForce.com
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Technically adept
