Join the Customer Success team

We are looking for a talented, tech-oriented and experienced Technical Training Manager to join our Customer Success team.

Cloudinary has a growing customer base of over 200,000 users, and a rich ecosystem of developers and partner firms who implement and integrate our service for their customers. The training manager will lead the strategic direction of providing an accessible and extendable portfolio of courses and certification programs that will support Cloudinary’s future growth.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of creating, developing and delivering training and certification programs to technological customers and partners.


  • Plan, design and build Cloudinary's training and certification offering.
  • Work with stakeholders in the company to understand customer and partner training needs.
  • Make use of various best-practices and techniques to deliver an ideal training experience to a diverse audience of customers and partners, including SMBs and large enterprises.
  • Deliver customer training, both online and in person.
  • Train the trainers - guide the company's customer-facing teams to deliver training.
  • Continuously improve the training offering based on customer feedback and training trends.


  • 3+ years of experience as a training manager.
  • Proven track record in building effective training solutions from technical content, preferably for a developer audience.
  • Technical background in web/mobile environments, including hands-on coding experience.
  • Strong individual contributor who drives results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Perfect English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, up to 20%.
