The matrix also awarded Cloudinary an outstanding recommendation index of 98%.

Among the 1,500 global business and IT decision-makers surveyed by Research In Action, 51% stated that they plan to consolidate their DAM systems. Additionally, the respondents revealed that the factors that influence their DAM buying decisions are better system performance and responsiveness (35%), improved brand-management capabilities (32%), a more captivating customer experience (29%), a mobile-first strategy (27%), and cloud capabilities (21%).
DAM is poised to meet the rising demand for content digitization, effective collaboration of corporate assets, cloud-based delivery options, controlled access, and tighter security. As a result, Research In Action anticipates that DAM systems will expand and morph into universal content hubs for many departments, such as creative, sales, and service, besides IT and marketing.
