The bi-directional integration with Wrike makes it easy to search for and link assets from Cloudinary to tasks in Wrike, improving collaboration, efficiency and organization. Users can also make changes to those assets and upload back to Cloudinary keeping everything in sync and ensuring a single source of truth.
The integration is configured by selecting and setting up the Cloudinary Connector in the Wrike App directory. Users can then browse Cloudinary folders and search for specific assets directly from a Wrike task, then select and attach. A convenient preview of the asset is surfaced in the UI, and the current and previous versions of the asset are included in the task for a complete and organized view of all aspects of a project.
The integration also creates efficient workflows around retouching a Cloudinary asset. From within Wrike, users search for the asset and start a workflow which includes marking up the asset, enlisting a designer to make the changes, gaining final approval, pushing it back to Cloudinary and creating a new version. Uploading an asset from Wrike into Cloudinary is as simple as selecting the asset, choosing the Cloudinary folder, updating the file name and metadata as needed and clicking to upload.
