4:00	Cloudinary's Assets DAM solution provides swift, user-friendly, and efficient content sharing capabilities.

Ways to share content

5:01	You can share assets individually (covered in this video), within folders, as collections (virtual asset groups across folder locations), or through a brand portal provided by a trusted partner.

Sharing assets individually

6:16	You can share assets with external stakeholders (partners, marketing agencies, etc). You can either send a public link to the asset or you can send the asset's delivery URL - useful for video file preview/streaming in browsers. Internal sharing for team collaboration is also available.

7:18	Internally share an asset by hovering over Share in the asset context menu, selecting Invite, then clicking Copy URL to share the asset's management drill-down page with authorized users.

Share an asset externally by hovering over Share in the asset context menu, selecting Publish Link and then clicking Create a Public Link. Specify a date range for public access, then click Save Changes to retain the link. Access it anytime through Share -> Publish Link. Copy the link by clicking the Copy Link button and paste it into a new browser tab to view the asset. This secure link enables external stakeholders to exclusively view or download the asset, while restricting access to other content.

10:34	Share the asset externally using its delivery URL by hovering over the Share option in the asset context menu and selecting Embed. Copy the delivery URL and open in a new browser tab.
